Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If you choose to downgrade your plan, keep in mind that this action may implicate losing access to some of the features. Our CS team will always help with account settings.
The Client can terminate the End-User Agreement by giving to Provider a written notice of the intent to terminate this End-User Agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to the cancelation date. Should you decide to unsubscribe in the middle of a billing cycle, you will still be able to work on a platform until the end of the cycle. We won’t charge you for the next month.
